Studio Beisel are Laurenz Raschke (*1989 in Halle-Neustadt) and Kajetan Skurski (*1991 in Gdynia)
They studied at the Institute for Applied Theater Studies in Giessen with Prof. Heiner Goebbels and have been working together at the interface between visual and performing arts since 2015. Her artistic investigation focuses on spaces and their rules. They showed performances, installations and exhibitions, e.g. at the Palais de la Porte Doreé (Paris), Schillertage (Nationaltheater Mannheim), Hessische Theatertage '21, Fast Forward Festival for young directors '20 (digital) & '21 (analog) and Frankfurter Kunstverein. Her first solo exhibition was opened in October '21 at the Kunsthalle Gießen under the title "St. Beisel".
